For Sellers

  • You can cancel your phone sale request at any time before our agent arrives for pickup.
  • If the device has already been picked up, cancellation is not possible once inspection and verification are complete.
  • In case of any discrepancies in device condition or specifications during inspection, the order may be cancelled by Qpeet, and you will be informed immediately.
  • No cancellation charges apply before pickup.

For Buyers

  • Orders for refurbished or pre-owned phones can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return request as per our Return Policy.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • If your transaction is cancelled by Qpeet or due to any technical error, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original source of payment used during the transaction.

Device Inspection and Rejection

All phones sold through Qpeet undergo a physical and functional inspection. If a device fails the quality or authenticity check, the order will be cancelled, and the user will be notified. If payment was made in advance, it will be refunded as per the above timeline.
